Rotek Incorporated, a subsidiary of Rothe Erde, is to invest 82 million US dollars in the expansion of its operations in Aurora, Ohio, which will result in the creation of some 150 new jobs. The investment includes a new ring rolling mill to meet rising demand for seamless rolled rings for tunneling, construction and wind energy equipment in America. The groundbreaking ceremony took place in May 2008. Rotek expects production to begin in early 2010.
